The City Merchant is now recognised as Glasgow’s leading seafood restaurant. Clientele arrive from all ‘airts and pairts’ of the world to experience the rustic Scottish ambience, warm Glasgow hospitality and fine local produce. Carnivores are also spoilt for choice.

As members of the Scottish Beef Club, steaks are delivered by a Quality Meat Scotland approved butcher. All of our ingredients are sourced locally where possible and are of the very highest quality.
